Friends Explore Hobbies, Together
In response to the Zoom-fatigue challenge, the flagship Friends@Home program has been enhanced with a new electives program, allowing participants and teen volunteers to choose specialized hobbies that they are interested in. Packages containing all the materials needed help facilitate a successful virtual visit are delivered to the homes of the children and teen buddies.
Asher Rosenfeld loves reading and he’s been sharing that love by providing books free of charge to FC kids. Not only that, but Asher also sets up a time to Zoom and read the books aloud.
