From Volunteer to Playwright

Congratulations to Friendship Circle teen volunteer and now playwright Hazel Solender, shown here at a FC program with her friend Ryan! Hazel’s play, “Midnight,” was read as part of the recent NJ Young Playwrights Festival. The annual program added two special categories this year and Hazel’s script was chosen in the Living With Disabilities category.
