Shake, Bake & Paint

Dozens of Friendship Circle families and community members are coming together, from the comfort of their own homes, to take part in the myriad of virtual programs offered.

A slate of cooking and baking classes, including cupcakes with Fran and cheesecakes with Toba, are broadcast live from the kitchen at LifeTown. The familiarity of teachers and space helps connect everyone. FC also provides prepackaged supply kits for some classes making participation easy.

Joining FC for some events are participants from JESPY House and JSDD, agencies of the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest.

It isn’t only a food fest. Special events include scavenger hunts with Esty, online art classes and virtual get-togethers for FC teens and young adults. FC moms have their own programming slate with yoga and barre classes, educational workshops and a paint night led by FC’s own artist Shaina.
