Cheesecake Bake

Several dozen Friendship Circle families participated in an online cheesecake workshop last week, with all the ingredients supplied by Friendship Circle. The class was held before the holiday of Shavuot, which commemorates the receiving of the Torah at Mount Sinai. It is customary to eat dairy during Shavuot, which some have lovingly nicknamed the “cheesecake holiday.” We would be happy to enjoy the cheesecakes our FC friends made any time of the year.
