As we welcome Friendship Circles from around the country to Livingston for the annual Friendship Circle International Convention, we thought it would be a great time to look back at one of the earliest conferences.

What was a nascent organization back in the early 2000s has become one of the fastest growing organizations for children with special needs and their families.

Today, more than 80 Friendship Circles operate around the world in major cities like New York, Philadelphia and Los Angeles, and in countries like China, Brazil, South Africa and more.
